About Us

Nick's was founded in 2007 when Nick Nickoloff and his partners identified a need for a restaurant concept uniquely positioned between a traditional dinner house and the bar-oriented, fun food segment of our industry. On August 8, 2008, we opened our first Nick's restaurant in Laguna Beach, California. Nick's second location opened on January 14th, 2010 in San Clemente, California. The menu and atmosphere at Nick's appeals to all age groups. The focus is consistent performance of the basics, a true commitment to quality, value and fairness in all aspects of the business.
